Return and Exchange Conditions

Delivery, Return and Exchange Policy

The buyer can return the product he/she wants to return or exchange, provided that it is unused, has not lost its resalable feature and the label and packaging integrity is maintained, within 3 (three) days from the date of receipt of the order, together with its label, invoice and original packaging. If the returned product is accepted, he/she can request a product exchange or a refund of the payment.

In case of a refund request by the Buyer, the refund will be provided within 7 business days after the shipping costs are deducted and the necessary notification is made to the bank that the credit card belongs to. Since the reflection of this amount to the accounts after it is returned to the bank is completely related to the bank transaction process, the Seller accepts that it will not be possible for the Seller to intervene in any way for possible delays and that it may take an average of 2 to 3 weeks for the amount returned to the credit card by the Seller to be reflected in the Buyer's account by the bank.

For products that require exchange, a free exchange is provided without additional shipping costs.

Products requested to be returned or exchanged must be unworn, undamaged, unused and returned with their tags and original packaging.

We kindly request that the purchased product be tested carefully, considering the possibility of return/exchange. In case of return/exchange, the product must be sent back in its original condition. Returns of products that do not comply with the return/exchange conditions will not be accepted.

Returns of products that have been sewn in custom sizes or with special alterations are not accepted.
